中博华会计师事务所的前身中财经会计师事务所成立于1993年，是受财政部领导和监督的“中字号”部批会计师事务所，在贯彻、落实关于会计师事务所脱钩改制规定下，该所与中华会计师事务所及其他会计师事务所的业务、人员进行重组合并，经财政部批准成立了中博华会计师事务所。事务所下设行政部、审计一部、审计二部、审计三部、基建项目评审部、资产评估部、培训部、咨询部等职能机构，拥有员工80余人，其中注册会计师30余人、注册资产评估师及其他评估人员20人、注册造价工程师8人、工程师5人。我所主要负责人和业务骨干都是改革
